Sleep & pH with Hair Loss Treatments

Some people say they can function on four to six hours of sleep each night, but research shows that adults who get fewer than seven hours of sleep, whether for just one night or over the course of days, weeks, or months… have more difficulty concentrating and more mood problems than people who sleep seven plus hours a night.

There is a strong relationship between sleep and health, and it will affect your pH. The amount of sleep we get as adults has in general been declining. We could simply put it down to the price we pay for the pace of modern life. We all tend to lead these frantic lives and we have busy jobs and kids and sports practice and so on. To fit everything in sleep is what tends to get left out, but it is the one thing our bodies need to process the very life we are living. A continued lack of sleep can affect our overall health. It is also noted that as we get older, sleep can become less satisfying and less restorative.

What happens within your body when you sleep:

  • Digestion
  • Absorption
  • Healing
  • Repairing
  • Transportation
  • Alkalising

During the seven hours of sleep, the body processes all that it has taken in on any one day, not to mention the things we may have accumulated over the years. It is important that the sleep is deep and uninterrupted for the body to digest, absorb, heal, repair, transport and finally alkalise. Our immune systems are mostly not optimised from the exposure to many elements throughout our lives, and this very immune system is working extremely hard for you each and every night to choose the right processes so you can function the next day.

Imagine if you have continued broken sleep, your pH will be low and limited body processes will be the result. This tends to be a common denominator with the cases of hair loss and hair thinning I come across. Most are not eating a healthful diet of nutritious food, and other who are, the nutrients are not being processed or transported because the body is fighting a losing battle every night.

Watching you’re pH and working on good sleep patterns are essential for good health and in turn Hair Loss Treatments. In the first four months of hair loss treatments we always help you to create the alkaline environment so we can get results, but we do hope you will take on some healthful lifestyle changes and appreciate that it is not just the food you eat or the water you drink, but also the stress you experience, the emotions you feel, the toxins already in your body and the constant daily toxins we are unfortunately exposes to… that do effect our pH and our amazing bodies are struggling and then we don’t get enough sleep.
